Bench Press 305 lbs (PR), Bench Press 275 lbs x 3 (PR), Back Squat 405 lbs (PR), Front Squat 315 lbs (PR match), Deadlift 545 lbs (PR), Overhead Press 185 lbs.
All videos are from 2020 except Overhead Press which was from December 2019. My current max for that exercise is around 195 lbs so it’s not a PR.

Long time supporter, and thought I’d drop a comment.
Your wordpress site is very sleek – hope you don’t mind me asking what theme you’re
using? (and don’t mind if I steal it? :P)
I just launched my site –also built in wordpress like yours– but the theme slows (!) the site down quite a bit.
In case you have a minute, you can find it by searching for “royal cbd” on Google (would appreciate any feedback) –
it’s still in the works.
Keep up the good work– and hope you all take care
of yourself during the coronavirus scare!
Hi Justin,
Thank you for your kind words and I’m glad you liked the site. To be honest, this is my first attempt at a website so I’m a bit of a noob when it comes to site development etc. I’ve played around with a couple themes in WP and, I believe, the one you are currently seeing is called ‘Dyad’. I have no qualms with anyone using this as it’s a free template and no one should be ashamed of borrowing an idea that they like!
As for your site, man, I have to say it’s FAR more professional looking than mine. I think the main reason being that’s it’s actually a professional website, haha. Mine is more of an amateur for-fun kinda thing.
What I liked about your website: the product and message is clear and wording is concise. Homepage is not too cluttered though you could consider having less showcase products up-front to minimize reader scrolling and just have a “see more” link or something like that that connects the reader to a catalogue etc. I also liked the overall design–it made me feel like I was looking at a professional supplement store (which I am very familiar with being a powerlifter) and didn’t come across as presumptuous or overly semantic. A lot of information = awesome!
What I would consider for improvements: hmm…nothing really struck me as lacking in your model. However, just a small thing cuz I’m a bit of a science nerd and am always looking for some kind of legitimacy in new trends and products (especially with anything to do with dieting/health): to find any considerable factual info on CBD on your site, one has to go to the FAQs. At least, this is what I had to do. It might make more sense to have a small blurb on your homepage specifically highlighting the key-points of the scientifically-backed benefits of CBD on humans. As I understand it, there are at least several worth noting. As this a hugely potential market expanding into a world full of BS marketing and misinformation, it might not hurt to brand yourself as evidence-based. Just a thought!
Hope this helps!
Stay safe and healthy during this crazy, crazy time.
