I’ve been training hard in my home gym, getting some decent results. Didn’t hit any bench PRs (close, as you will see) but did hit all-time PR on deadlift and squat, so I’ll chock that off as a win this round! Will definitely be looking at cutting down some body weight (that gut!), as well as reprogramming to try and get past the bench plateaus. Updates to come soon!
