Didn&#8217;t hit any bench PRs (close, as you will see) but did hit all-time PR on deadlift and squat, so I&#8217;ll chock that off as a win this round! Will definitely be looking at cutting down some body weight (that gut!), as well as reprogramming to try and get past the bench plateaus.
